Attributing MAST Missions

Use the following text snippets to acknowledge data from the various missions hosted by MAST. The attributions should appear in the Acknowledgements section of the paper.

HST

The acknowledgement text should be similar to the following:

and the observing program identifier(s) should be listed at the end.

JWST

All refereed publications based on JWST data should carry the following acknowledgement:

If the research used any data from programs with zero exclusive access periods (including ERS, DD, ERO, Large and Treasury, and other GO, GTO and CAL programs where the default exclusive access periods have been waived):

If the research was supported by a NASA JWST grant managed by STScI, the publication should also carry the following acknowledgment at the end of the text:

DSS
