Search and Retrieval

WUPPE data are contained in the MAST WUPPE data base and may be retrieved using the WUPPE search form. Users may specify search criteria as well as output format (see search help). On the search results page, click on the Entry ID to view a browse file displaying the ultraviolet spectrum, degree of polarization and position angle of polarization, binned either by wavelength or error estimate. Then mark the datasets of interest to be downloaded as a tar file.

A quick search of the WUPPE catalog may also be performed. Enter a target name or coordinates in the WUPPE Target Search form, located at the top of the left navigation menu.

Users may obtain an ASCII version of the WUPPE catalog, sorted either by coordinates or category, via anonymous ftp.
