DIGGSS Data Products

For each simulation, we provide these files (grouped in a tar file):

  • the mock SDSS-g band, PSF-convolved and noise-added images for each viewing angle, timestep
    hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname-cam?*_v1_img.tar.gz --> imgs/hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname*-cam?-t?_g_v1_img.fits

  • the corresponding galaxy segmentation maps for each viewing angle, timestep
    hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname-cam?*_v1_seg.tar.gz --> segs/hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname*-cam?-t?_g_v1_seg.fits

  • the output SUNRISE mock SDSS-g band images with no noise, no PSF convolution for each viewing angle, timestep
    hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname-cam?*_v1_raw.tar.gz --> segs/hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname*-cam?-t?_g_v1_raw.fits

  • 'data' tables for each viewing angle, with timesteps, star-formation rates, galaxy separations, and morphologies
    hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname*_v1_morph.tar.gz --> morph/hlsp_diggss_theory_*simname*-cam?_v1_morph.fits
