NGC 5866 (UGC 9723, 1505+5557) -- The UV image of this S0 galaxy displays weak, amorphous emission. The optical spectrum of the nucleus is a ``transition type'' between LINER and H II, with weak broad H wings (Ho et al. 1996a).
