This elliptical shows an unresolved nucleus. The image
shows a faint jet about 6
southwest of the nucleus identified
by [Chiaberge et al.2005] as the infrared counterpart of the
brightest region of the radio jet. Chiaberge et al. find that the
infrared emission dominates the spectral energy distribution of this
jet. An elliptical companion is visible
to the north. A
bright unresolved source is present
north of the
core. This object lies on the radio jet axis but is not associated
with any of the radio features. In the optical image of [de Koff et al.1996] it appears as a diffuse source. It is possible that this
object is an infrared-bright background galaxy.
