CANDELS EGS Data Release

• The table lists all the available data for this field
• Click on the version number in the Download column to access the data on MAST
• Click on the version number in the Display column to access an interactive display.
• Each release contains:
  • A README (e.g. hlsp_candels_hst_acs-wfc_egsa01_readme_v0.5.pdf)
  • Multidrizzled mosaics of each individual epoch in each filter (e.g. hlsp_candels_hst_acs_egsa01_f606w_v0.5_drz.fits)
  • For very large mosaics, smaller tiles or sections are also available
  • The associated weight files for the images
• The data are all on line and available through your browser or via ftp.
  
  • Via your browser:
    http://archive.stsci.edu/pub/hlsp/candels/ is the starting navigation point to all the CANDELS data.
  • FTP:
    ftp archive.stsci.edu and login as anonymous.
    cd /pub/hlsp/cosmos.
    From there you can navigate through the site to find the field and epoch of data of interest.
  • WGET
    You can download whole directories of data using wget commands like:
    wget -q -nH --cut-dirs=6 -r -l0 -c -N -np -R 'index*' -erobots=off http://archive.stsci.edu/pub/hlsp/candels/goods-s/gsd15/v0.5/
