StarView Version 3.9 Installed
------------------------------
We are pleased to announce the installation of StarView Version 3.9.

This new version fixes some bugs, and features a separate button for
selecting OMS files for retrieval.

StarView 3.9 will be installed this morning (Tuesday, Mar 21) on
STScI's internal computers, and on the Archive Host machines,
stdata.stsci.edu and stdatu.stsci.edu.  Along with the StarView
installation, the DADS Archive software is being upgraded, too (the
Archive will be out of service all day for the installation).  As part
of the upgrade, the per-request limit on the number of datasets has
been tripled.

Distributed StarView 3.9 will be available by Wednesday, Mar 22.  You
may download the software via FTP from stdatu.stsci.edu (username:
starftp, password: your email address), or through the HST Archive's
World Wide Web Server (http://stdatu.stsci.edu/dist_starview.html; be
sure to set the "load to local disk" option on your browser before
downloading.)

Archive Manual 5.1 Available
----------------------------
Version 5.1 of the Archive Manual is now available.  It fixes some
documentation bugs, like tables that were left out of the Database
Description in Appendix D.
